We ship worldwide with the very reliable SingPost (www.singpost.com).

We will register all packages worth $50 (before shipping) and above. This service is provided free of charge. For packages below $50, an additional $2 is required. This amount must be added on to your total BEFORE checking out so drop me a note at smilingcupcakes@insing.com first if you’d like your package registered.

All of our shipping charges are weight based and also covers the estimated cost of handling and packaging materials.

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days of your payment.

Shipping charges do not include local duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package, or 45 days of purchasing your item, if you are unsatisfied.

If your request proves reasonable and valid, I will gladly accept exchanges or returns, and give you a full refund of the item amount.

Communication is the key to any successful refund or exchange. That’s why I always ask that you please send me a note as soon as possible so that we can both talk about it.
